My First Love
Last night, I had the privilege of returning to my first love: comedy. It was a long-awaited reunion, and the experience reminded me of just how much joy and fulfillment this passion brings to my life. Standing on that stage, sharing laughter and connection with the audience, felt like coming home.
This journey hasn’t always been smooth, but it’s a reminder of the importance of using our God-given talents to glorify Him, the source of all gifts. Whether it’s making people laugh, inspiring others, or simply showing kindness, our talents are meant to serve a greater purpose.
It doesn’t have to be perfect—because it’s not about perfection. It’s about showing up, trusting the process, and letting God work through us in ways we might not even expect.
Let Go and Let God
If there’s something you’ve been holding back on, I encourage you to take the leap. Use your gifts, no matter how big or small they may seem. You never know how they might touch someone’s life—or even change your own.
Last night reminded me that when we align with our purpose and give it back to God, incredible things can happen.
